Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use Vidchestra — the software, Web Studio, your account or our servers — to:

create, watermark or publish material you do not have the rights to, including removing or obscuring someone else's watermark or copyright notice to pass their work off as yours;
create or distribute content that sexually exploits minors, promotes terrorism or violent extremism, harasses or threatens people, or shares someone's intimate images without consent;
impersonate people or organisations, or create deceptive media (for example fake endorsements or manipulated recordings) intended to mislead;
send spam or break the rules of social networks or scheduling providers you connect;
break the law, including privacy, consumer-protection, export-control and sanctions laws;
probe, overload or attack our systems, bypass rate limits or plan limits, or access other customers' data;
resell or share accounts or licences.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach this policy, and report illegal content to the authorities where required. To report misuse, email support@vidchestra.com.
