Do my photos and videos get uploaded?
No. Rendering happens on your computer. Media is only sent to a scheduling provider when you explicitly publish to it.
Is there a limit on how many videos I can make?
Free renders up to 5 videos per batch at 720p, Creator up to 100 per batch at 1080p, and Pro has no fixed batch limit (500+ per batch) up to 4K. There are no per-video fees: rendering runs on your own computer.
Will Vidchestra cover text that's already in my images?
Templates default to “fit over blurred background”, which keeps the whole image visible. Overlays sit in the margins and can be turned off per template.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then the app uses Free limits. Nothing you created is deleted.
Windows says the installer is unrecognised.
New installers show a SmartScreen notice until they build reputation. Check the SHA-256 on the Download page, then choose More info → Run anyway.
Which schedulers are supported?
Mixpost (Cloud or self-hosted) through its official API, and Publer through its official API (Business plan; built from Publer's documentation, not yet tested against a live account). Content360 has not made its API public, so Vidchestra prepares the videos and a schedule sheet for Content360's own bulk-post tool — you finish the import there. Any other scheduler with CSV bulk import works the same way. More providers will be added when their official APIs allow it.
Can I use any music?
Only music you have the rights to publish. Vidchestra doesn't include music.
