Terms of Service
Effective 4 November 2026 · Last updated 4 November 2026. Vidchestra is operated by Boostlete LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
These terms are an agreement between you and Boostlete LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1620 N Carpenter Rd, Suite D46, Modesto, CA 95351, United States (“Boostlete LLC”, “we”), which operates Vidchestra. By creating an account, installing the desktop software or using Web Studio you agree to them. If you use Vidchestra for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
1. The service
Vidchestra provides Windows desktop software and a browser-based Web Studio for creating, editing, watermarking and scheduling media, plus an online account for sign-in, licensing, plan management and optional settings sync. Rendering runs on your own device; your media files are not uploaded to or processed on our servers. Features and limits depend on your plan, described on the pricing page.
2. Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password and two-factor codes safe, and tell us about unauthorised use. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, keep that account secure too. One account is for one person or organisation; do not share sign-ins. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live if higher.
3. Plans, subscriptions and trials
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. The full rules — prices, trials, renewals, price changes and cancellation — are in the Subscription Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
4. Software licence
Use of the desktop software is also governed by the Desktop Software Licence. Plan limits are enforced by signed licences bound to each activated computer; attempting to bypass, forge or share them breaches these terms.
5. Your content and media rights
You keep all rights in the photos, videos, audio, fonts, logos and documents you import or create. We claim no ownership and do not receive your media files. You are responsible for holding the rights and permissions needed for everything you use or publish — including music and soundtracks, people shown in images, trademarks and third-party logos — and for following the rules of any social network or scheduling provider you connect. Adding a watermark does not by itself give you rights in someone else's material.
Settings you choose to sync (brands, templates, preferences) and messages you send us are stored by us only to provide the service; you give us the limited permission needed to store and show them back to you.
6. Acceptable use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches.
7. Copyright complaints
Because media stays on your device, we usually cannot see or remove it. If you believe content made with Vidchestra infringes your rights, contact the person who published it and the platform hosting it. Complaints about material we host (for example our website) can be sent to support@vidchestra.com with the work concerned, where it appears, your contact details and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
8. Third-party services
If you connect a scheduling provider such as Mixpost or Publer, the desktop app sends the posts and media you choose directly from your computer to that provider. Content360 is supported as a file handoff only: the app writes a CSV/manifest and your media files to a folder on your computer for you to upload with Content360's own bulk tool; Vidchestra does not connect to Content360. These providers are used at your direction under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for posts once they have been handed to them. The software includes open-source components under their own licences (see Third-Party Notices).
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Paid features in the desktop app keep working offline for up to 21 days after its licence was last refreshed; the Free plan's features keep working offline indefinitely. We may change features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan you have already paid for.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Keep your own backups of source files and outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the consumer law that applies to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Boostlete LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or US$50 if greater). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Vidchestra and delete your account at any time (Account → Settings & privacy → “Delete my account permanently”). Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately, so remaining paid time ends with it; if you want to keep paid features until the end of your period, cancel the subscription first and delete the account later. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. Files on your computer are never deleted by us. Sections 5, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.
13. Support, complaints and disputes
Contact support first at support@vidchestra.com or through the support form; we aim to reply within two business days and will try in good faith to resolve any complaint informally. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either side may pursue it as described below.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in your local courts where that law allows.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
